What brands do you carry?
As of May 2025, we carry premium brands known for quality and performance, including Felo, Hazet, Kukko, Nepros, Tenryu, and Squi.Jig. Every tool we offer is carefully selected to last a lifetime.

How long will it take to get a response?
We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Inquiries received after noon CST are usually handled the next business day.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped. If it has, call us immediately—we may be able to stop it before pickup. If it's already en route, we might still be able to cancel through the courier, though shipping costs may not be refundable. If the package arrives, you can decline delivery and it will be returned to us.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Tracking details are emailed once your order is fulfilled. You can also track your order via the courier's website or through your account/order page.
